Movement Creation Workshop with Lea Roy

In this class, Lea focuses on teaching dance techniques geared towards physicality and creativity; with the goal of allowing students to develop self-expression and self-confidence.
At the beginning of the class, participants will be engaged in a warm-up to move the body in physical training with the goal of developing body awareness, coordination, alignment and musicality. Group exercise will follow with the intent of creating an environment of trust and solidarity.
