Dale Cooper

Originally from Montreal where she began her dance training, Dale has been teaching dance, musical theatre, and drama for over 25 years. She has taught at various studios in Toronto, Victoria, Saskatoon, Dawson City, and Vancouver. She taught at Northern Lights School of Dance for many years in Whitehorse and now teaches workshops at Leaping Feats and choreographs for the Music Art and Drama program (MAD) She has taught dance and drama through the Artist in the School Program, the After School Dance program at Selkirk Elem School, as well as the Rural Experiential Module (REM) in Watson Lake and Dawson City. As a performer herself, Dale enjoys creating, sharing and encouraging children of all ages to reach their full potential as young artists. Dale would like to focus primarily on special school projects involving dance and/or musical theatre.
